Julia Bray, Chelsea Court (250 W. 19th) Overall rating: 5 This was my first apt in NYC. I am an NYU student and found this building to be great. My roommate and I had guarantors - did fill out lots of paperwork - but that is to be expected.
24 hour Doorman, a great super (Petrit - the BEST),
and a terrific location.
